FTG is a management consulting practice that focuses on assisting clients to improve their management controls and business platform. Founded in early 2005, FTG builds upon our founder’s 25+ years of consulting and professional experience, including over 16 years with the consulting practices of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. We provide a variety of services that are based on our skills and experience in helping clients to align the roles of their people, processes and technology to better support their business strategy.
Our clients have ranged from multi-billion dollar global investment managers to mid-sized manufacturing companies to private equity investment companies. Our approach to many of our projects is similar and is based on our extensive backgrounds as process improvement consultants. We apply that experience to a variety of types of projects, including:
- Enterprise Risk Management, including Strategic Risk Management, Process Risk Management and Investment Risk Management;
- Compliance Management, including “Sarbanes-Oxley” and “Anti-Money Laundering” compliance;
- Transaction Implementation, including Merger and Acquisition integration;
- Cost Reduction, including Process Improvement implementation;
- System Implementation, including Strategic System Planning. System Selection and “Re-Implementation” projects;
- Process Documentation, including developing and producing Policy and Procedures Manuals; and
- Special Projects, including interim roles such as Interim CFOs, Controllers and Interim Program Management Officer roles.
