The Fast Track Group
FTG is a management consulting practice that focuses on assisting clients to improve their business performance. Founded in early 2005, FTG builds upon our founder's 30 years of Business Performance Improvement (BPI) consulting and professional experience, including over 16 years with the consulting practices of Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. We provide a variety of services that are based on our skills and experience in helping clients to align the roles of their people, processes and technology to better support their business strategy, thereby improving profitability.
Our clients have ranged from multi-billion dollar global real estate investment advisors/managers to mid-sized manufacturing companies to private equity groups and their portfolio companies. Our approach to many of our projects is similar and is based on our extensive backgrounds as process improvement consultants.
In addition to our consulting services, we are actively seeking acquisitions of stable, but underperforming, smaller middle-market companies where we can utilize our BPI expertise to add value to ourselves and our investors. We are primarily interested in niche manufacturing companies with branded products, although we will consider other opportunistic niche businesses with high growth potential.
