Enterprise Risk Management

FTG is heavily experienced in assisting clients to improve and document their Enterprise Risk Management controls.  This includes Strategic Risk, Process Risk, Transactional Risk, Investment Risk, and many other types of risks.  We have also assisted global companies to improve their Risk Management Controls on a world-wide basis. 

Our approach typically includes:

• Identifying and ranking key risks by business area in the form of “Risk Control Matrices”;
• Interviewing key managers to identifying the existing “as is” controls;
• Identifying weaknesses in the existing controls to be addressed;
• Formulating new “will be” control improvements, where necessary;
• Documenting and presenting to senior management the controls in the new “will be” controls;
• Identifying IT requirements to be implemented as a result of the new “will be” controls;
• Assisting the client through training and implementation of the new controls; and
• Updating the Risk Control Matrices to reflect the new operating environment.
